Young Art Leaders (YALs)- children as leaders

We understand that a lot of learning within art and design takes place through trying processes, exploring techniques and through working alongside others and sharing ideas. Our artist teachers and artists in residence teach, but are also learners. Children are encouraged to lead training for all of our teachers to share an approach of collaborative learning.
